Making the situation safe
Our first priority is to assess the danger and establish a safe working area. The immediate response may involve removing a failed section, stabilising the remaining tree or restricting access until specialist equipment can be brought in.
Please do not stand beneath hanging branches or approach trees that are touching overhead services. Keep people away from the area and explain the location, access and visible damage when you call. Photographs can help us understand what equipment may be required.
Once the urgent risk has been dealt with, we can advise on further tree work, stump removal and site clearance.
